Hello friends! Happy new year! We feel incredibly fortunate that our family have been kept safe from covid during the past 9 months! Whew! 9 months is indeed a long time and we couldn’t wait until the pandemic is over so we can see our friends again!

During the past 9 months, our business have gone through quite some ups and downs. Back in spring when the lock down was first enforced, all the shoots were postponed to summer/fall. But as the pandemic went on, weddings that was postponed got postponed again and some were cancelled. Fortunately in the middle of the summer, cases went down and I ended up shooting a few intimate weddings! They were all so cozy and sweet and I loved that my clients were able to get married and celebrate with their closest family members. And when fall came around I was able to shoot many wonderful family sessions!! Honestly I’m so grateful to all the clients who trusted me during this difficult year. December was rough because cases went up again and the lock down was once again enforced. Lock down fatigue was real, and there were definitely days when I really struggled emotionally.

Through it all I cannot thank God enough for His blessings upon our family. We have relocated back to San Diego - a city that I adore. I am excited to put down roots here in San Diego - though I will continue to travel back to the bay area often for shoots and weddings (my parents still live in the bay area so I will definitely be visiting often)! With the vaccines rolling out, I am hopeful that 2021 will be a brighter year for all of us. Stay healthy! We can get through this! <3
